Bowling Frenzy Slot Launched by Playtech’s Partners
Playtech, one of the world’s biggest gaming companies, has just announced the release of a brand new slot, created following a joint effort by two of their partner studios, Vikings and SUNFOX.
The game, Bowling Frenzy, takes players back to the 1950s, when diners, jukeboxes, muscle cars and rock ’n roll ruled. Bowling Frenzy is loaded with great visuals and an immersive style that draws players into this magical, nostalgic world. It also comes with a handful of big features to tempt players to keep hitting “spin”.
What to Expect
Bowling Frenzy opens in a bowling alley. This is the slot’s central location and where all the action takes place. There are striking pinks and blues all around, in addition to symbols depicting glistening lanes, shimmering Cadillac cars, juicy burgers, and more. There is also a male and female character in addition to the usual playing card symbols (from 10 to A).
The key symbol on this brand-new Playtech video slot is the wild, which can replace all symbols on the reels except for the Scatter. This is a big paying, hard-hitting symbol that can help players to bowl those strikes! The Scatter is also worth keeping an eye out for. This symbol takes the form of a bowling ball and bowling pins, and if players get between three and five of these anywhere on the reels then they will trigger the main bonus round.
In this round players can pick from a selection of different bonus games, including free spins that return high wins, free spins with big multipliers, and a cash bonus. As soon as they choose then the round begins and the fun continues.
There is also a feature known as 10-Pin Respins. This feature utilises the Cascading Reels mechanic, whereby winning symbols are removed from the reels and replaced by new ones. The spins just keep coming for as long as stacked wilds remain on the reels, ending only when there are no more of these in place.
A representative for the iGaming brand commented on the release of Bowling Frenzy, noting how Playtech’s unique setup, and the fact that they work with multiple studios, means multiple studios have many different strengths to bring to the table. They added that they are “very excited” that SUNFOX and Vikings have worked together and created a game that is graphical superior and offers “compelling gameplay”.
They went on to say that they were “confident that Bowling Frenzy will appeal to a wide range of players”. In addition to facilitating the creation of Bowling Frenzy, Playtech have also been busy signing new deals to expand their reach into more regulated markets.
They recently signed with RETAbet, a leading Spanish operator who will now be working closely with Playtech to provide more games to players across Spain.
