Microgaming premieres latest video slot ‘Book of Oz’

After recently partnering with Fortune Factory Studios to launch the new Showdown Saloon, video slot and online casino games and software firm Microgaming has announced the launch of its Book of Oz title, in collaboration with Triple Edge Studios.

High-Volatility Title

Microgaming issued an official Tuesday press release to declare that the mobile-friendly Book of Oz is a five-reel, ten-payline video slot with high-volatility, with the concept ‘fantasy, magic and adventure’.

Exclusive Release

Microgaming stated that Book of Oz is being made available on an exclusive basis and comes complete with wild, scatter and bonus spin icons alongside unique characters, including the mystical wizard, golden book, potion of love, and lion of courage.

Scatters and Wilds

David Reynolds, Games Publisher for Microgaming, explained that the golden book icon is the game’s scatter and wild symbol and that those managing to collect at least three will trigger a minimum of ten and possibly up to 25 bonus spins. He announced that Book of Oz also features illuminating and expanding symbols that could potentially award players up to 5,000 times their initial bet.

Re-spin Attraction

Additionally, Reynolds proclaimed that Book of Oz offers a re-spin feature where players are presented with an opportunity to independently re-spin a single reel for an additional cost.

Triple Edge Studios is the firm behind the recent five-reel, 25-payline ‘Wicked Tales: Dark Red’ video slot developed exclusively for Microgaming. Triple Edge Studio’s Design Lead, Brendan Walton, assured that the latest title Book of Oz is sure to ‘leave players spellbound’.
