Lightning Box’s ‘Chicken Fox’ slot sees feathers fly

Lightning Box is known to be a fun and quirky developer of online slot games. For their latest release, the developer has decided on a wacky theme. With a 3x5 grid format, Chicken Fox sees trouble in the hen house. With farmers seeking to secure their chickens, a hungry fox is the last thing they need. Loopy coop
Typically, when we think of a chicken coop, we think of a cramped, pungent house in which chickens peck one another and, occasionally, lay an egg. With a coop as its backdrop, Chicken Fox offers an alternative – a coop stuffed with cash! In this game, players will discover traditional symbols such as J, Q, K and Ace, along with a goat, pig, baby chick and Wild Lady.
In this entertaining new title, the Wild Fox and Wild Lady are two symbols that players will hope to see. The Wild Lady only appears during the base game and when she does, she rewards players with three, four and five symbol matches. Further, she will substitute for all symbols, except for the golden egg.
Conversely, the Wild Fox will only appear during the extra games. The fox can appear alone or as a wild x2. In this instance, the symbol will substitute for all on-screen chickens but not the remaining fox.
According to Peter Causely, Lightning Box co-founder and CEO, the developer is delighted to announce Chicken Fox as its newest game, stating that the title should create “a bit of a flap”. With a wonderfully dark theme, Causely predicts that Chicken Fox will see players hurriedly chasing their chickens along the lengths of their reels.
The game, he said, has a number of fun features and simple gameplay that is typical of Lightning Box. Causely concluded by saying that Lightning Box is excited to receive feedback from fans on its newest title.
Special features
In Chicken Fox, the scatter symbol is a Golden Egg. This egg rewards player with three, four and five symbol matches. For three symbol matches, players will bag eight bonus games. For four symbol matches, they will receive fifteen bonus games. Finally, for five symbol matches, players will score thirty bonus games. Much like the Wild Lady, the Golden Egg symbol will only appear in the base game.
When playing their bonus rounds, gamers will unlock extra prizes as their fox symbols successfully catch their chickens. If a Wild Fox or Wild Fox 2x catches a rooster, white chicken, yellow chick or hen, players will receive extra payouts. If a fox catches a white egg, players will receive extra bonus games.
