    Cherry AB debuts in Germany

    Following the launch of the and sites in its home nation of Sweden earlier this year, the Swedish iGaming organization Cherry AB has just disclosed that it will be launching in Germany.

    According to an official press release, Stockholm-listed Cherry AB will operate via its ComeOn! subsidiary under a Malta Gaming Authority license. This will provide players based in Germany to access a local online casino without the requirement to complete an extensive registration process.

    Name denotes speed

    Cherry, which also owns Yggdrasil Gaming Limited, an online casino games developer, disclosed that the name of its latest offering is a combination of the local word for lightning, ‘blitz’ and ‘casino’ to represent the speed at which players located in Germany can play online casino games and deposit and withdraw winnings.

    Lahcene Merzoug, Chief Executive Officer of the Malta-based ComeOn!, described how takes advantage of state-of-the-art know-your-customer expertise to provide players with instant access to innovative games and the ability to rapidly withdraw winnings: “Our desire was to bring this business model to Germany. As the name suggests, the experience for the customer is faster and easier than anything previously available on the market. So, with, the customer can start playing instantly and get their winnings to their accounts in lightning speed.”
