Circa Sports Launched by Golden Gate Hotel & Casino
The Gambling Capital of the World, Las Vegas, has just opened a brand new sports betting establishment at the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino. Circa Sports, as it is known, was launched along with a $1.5 million football contest, as well as a mobile app and a big ceremony to celebrate the placing of the very first bet.
Circa Sports was created with both beginner and experienced bettors in mind, and it offers great customer support to ensure that all needs are catered for at all levels of play. Players can also use the Circa Sports mobile app to place their bets, and this app comes bundled with daily games and other features.
Derek Stevens, a casino owner who opened Circa Sports, invited many of the biggest bookmakers in the City of Sin to attend the opening celebration and place those first ceremonial bets. He also introduced the Circa Sports Million Pro Football Contest, where players compete for prizes of $1.5 million in total, $1 million of which is given to the winner.
Stevens commented on the launch of Circa Sports to say he was “thrilled to be taking bets of all kinds”, before adding that they intended to “bring that old-school Las Vegas vibe to the floor”.
The Circa Sports gambling space, which covers close to 1,300 square feet, was designed by MOSER Architecture Studio, and included a video wall and betting odds that are displayed on an LED wall. Circa Sports will also feature two betting kiosks, through which they can place their bets.
Stevens has been quite busy in the city. Not only has he just launched Circa Sports but he is also setting up a new casino in Downtown Las Vegas. This space is set to cover 1.25 million square feet and 44 stories. It will have 777 guest rooms and will offer sports betting. It is due to open in December 2020.
