Pragmatic Play released a couple of well-received video slot titles last month and they have continued that momentum into this month as well with the release of Wild Gladiators. Based in ancient Rome, with tones of the iconic Gladiator film, Wild Gladiators is a 3x5 video slot that comes loaded with shields, swords, and blood-thirsty warriors.
It’s one of many slots based in the ancient world, but while most of them look to ancient Egypt or to the mythical gods of Scandinavia and Greece, Pragmatic Play has opted for the mighty Roman empire.
What to Expect
In addition to the lively visuals and sound, Wild Gladiators comes with a host of exciting features. The standout feature in the base game is the Super Wild bonus, which is triggered when one of the wild symbols lands on the 6th and final reel. Once this happens then a wild symbol will be added to all of the previous 5 reels, and if they land in the centre then they will expand to fill the entire reel.
There is also a big bonus feature on Wild Gladiators. This is unlocked when players land at least 3 scatters, at which point they get 10 bonus spins. It is during this feature that Wild Gladiators really comes to life, putting players in the heart of the action and testing them against the might of the Roman world.
