Nominations are open for the best casino of the year!

The team behind FindFairCasinos are avid online casino players. A seal of approval, or rather a win at the SiGMA awards is for us a sign of greatness and we are therefore excited to announce that the nominations are open and soon we will know who will win the prestigious award!

The SIGMA Awards

SiGMA is a world-reaching gaming website whose main focus is to bring you, the readers from all over the world, the latest news. SiGMA looks at emerging trends in tech and entertainment in relation to the gambling industry.

Each year they hold awards in the different continents. These yearly awards have been held since the start of 2016. SiGMA World’s Gaming Festival and the Europe Gaming Awards is celebrated in Malta every year and this is the main event of the year where the best affiliate, best casino and best slot game of the previous year, among many other prices, is chosen and celebrated.

All the nominees are chosen by peers in the online gaming industry. This means that anyone who is in the gaming industry can choose to nominate their favourite casino, favourite affiliate page or favourite game supplier. The winners are then chosen by 16 Judges who are industry experts, veterans and business leaders. The nomination process is open from the 1st of September until the 20th of December. On the 10th of January, the shortlist is announced and the vote for finalists opens to the public and the judges. The voting closes on the 5th of February and ten days later the award night is held! We are already curious to find out who this year’s winner will be!

Previous SiGMA Award Winners

The previous winners are the ones we at FindFairCasinos go back and look at when we search for new casinos, games, game suppliers etc. to recommend to our readers. In 2019, 31 awards were handed out and some winners included Trustly (Payment Provider 2019), Play’N Go (Mobile Gaming Provider 2019) as well as Kindred who grabbed the most prestigious title of Best Online Casino 2019.
