Casino game developer Red Tiger Gaming has reached a distribution deal that will allow its portfolio of top performing original video slots to be made available to iGaming company, Hero Gaming. The agreement will see the leading casino game and software provider’s titles be accessible on CasiTabi, Casino Heros, Bester and Speedy Casino brands.

    Optimal Timing

Commenting on the deal, Chief Executive Officer for Red Tiger Gaming, Gavin Hamilton, said that the timing of the agreement, which comes ahead of the January 1, 2019, installment of Sweden’s newly-regulated market, was of particular importance.

Hamilton added, “Hero Gaming operates brands that have a similar outlook to us and we are very pleased to be supplying them with our games. They like to wow their customers with real innovation and creativity and provide them with a great user experience.”

    “Long-term Partnership”

“We’re looking forward to working with them in Sweden next year and building a long-term partnership with their casinos in other regulated markets around the world.”

Chief Executive Officer for Hero Gaming, Tomas Backman said:

“Red Tiger Gaming’s products are among the most popular in the industry and we’re very excited about offering them to our players for the first time.

    “Market-leading Portfolio“

“We take great pride in our gaming content and how we present it to our players and I’m confident they will enjoy this latest addition to our market-leading portfolio.”

    Newly Regulated Market

On June 7, 2018, the new Gambling Act (SFS 2018:1138) was passed into law by the Riksdag (the Swedish Parliament) giving Sweden a new, re-regulated gambling market. The new license system will be in effect starting January 1, 2019, and only companies that have obtained a license to do so will be permitted to conduct gambling activities in the Scandinavian nation.

Last month, LeoVegas Gaming Plc, a subsidiary of parent company LeoVegas AB (publ) (LEO:STO), was among the first companies to be approved by The Swedish Gambling Authority for licensure to operate online betting and gaming services in Sweden.
