A new take on Russian Poker from Evoplay
The online gaming world recently learnt from a press release via European Gaming Media and Events that the fast-moving Maltese/Curacao company Evoplay Entertainment has joined the top ranks of online games developers, with over 50 games now under its belt. That’s as well as the ground-breaking 3D virtual reality of Necromancer, launched at least year’s edition of the ICE expo held in London, and already a favorite with players.
First offering of the year is Russian Poker, hot on the heels of its popular five-reel, 21-payline ET Lost Socks video slots game. A ‘unique take on a Russian classic’ is how Evoplay describes its newest release, with an innovative twist on the traditional game which requires online players to take on a dealer by winning points over three hands simultaneously. Promising greater excitement than the standard Texas hold’em, the new offering has simplified the rules of the game as well as increased the number of hands to keep players fuller engaged.
For Chief Brand Officer Kate Romanenko, Russian Poker updates the golden age of riverboats and poker tables and lets players place their hopes on calculation as well as Lady Luck:
“Russian poker is a step up from the standard poker games we usually see today. To kick off 2019, we wanted to offer players a game that is new, exciting and challenging. We’ve carefully designed it to allow for calculated, thoughtful plays and a relaxed atmosphere and it’s already proving to be a hit.”
