Blueprint Gaming updates Viz slot based on the classic magazine

With the classic Viz slot machine coming up to its 40th birthday, Blueprint Gaming has chosen to update the game for modern audiences. This includes recreating it in HTML5 and adding in the Jackpot King progressive jackpot network. It will offer players the chance to grab bigger wins and will be available exclusively with Paddy Power Betfair.

Updated and revamped

The new version of the game will feature the classic Viz characters Roger Mellie “The Man on the Telly” and Johnny Fartpants. This will introduce these characters to a host of new players especially as the original version of the slot is over 10 years old.

The grid will include bonus symbols which can be used to activate a bonus round. This bonus round will give players the chance to earn bonus spins where players can walk away with as many as 50 bonus spins.

A director for Blueprint Gaming has stated that with Viz coming up to its 40th birthday, the company felt it would be the right time to update the classic title based on the adult humour magazine. With the original title over 10 years old now, it was the perfect opportunity to give it an update.

As well as giving the gameplay a little spruce up, it made sense to add the Jackpot King mechanic as well in order to offer bigger wins to players.
