Microgaming Content is Now Live in Sweden

On January 1 Sweden opened its regulated gaming market. Using a bespoke solution, award-winning content from Microgaming is now available on the Swedish market.

The company, based on the Isle of Man, has offered support to its operators by offering assistance throughout the license application process. Information and supporting documentation were offered and this means that its operators are now able to switch seamlessly to a “refined solution with localized content” that is targeted directly towards the Swedish market.

Access to top-performing games

The developer is offering operators access to a host of its most popular games through the dedicated domain that is optimized for access from both desktop and mobile. This means that players can enjoy table games and popular slot titles such as Game of Thrones and Immortal Romance. Operators are also now able to offer access to the largest progressive jackpot network that exists, which has currently paid out in excess of a huge €973 million (US$1,113,431,144.00).

Live Operators

A host of top operators – such as Betsson Group, BWIN, Genesis, Coolbet, Comeon, Global Gaming, Unibet, LeoVegas, Bet365, and PokerStars – have received licenses and are now live in Sweden, proudly offering content from Microgaming. As the year goes on and the market matures, more operators will join.

Expansion into Regulated Markets
