Microgaming enters partnership with Switch Studios
Just a month after signing up with Swedish iGaming company Betsson AB to supply content, the developer of online casino games and software, Microgaming, has revealed yet another deal with the new Switch Studios offerings.
The innovative company, headquartered in the Isle of Man, will have a stand at SiGMA 2018 in Malta at the end of November. In a press release last Thursday the company declared that Switch Studios is "set to shake up the table games vertical" through the release of online games featuring "customizable components" that will "deliver tailor-made experiences for a new level of play."
Microgaming mentioned that this latest partner has a base in Ipswich, England, and has been founded by a “close-knit group of online gambling and social gaming experts.” Microgaming will be providing the company with a customized set of games, starting with the company`s unique interpretation of blackjack and roulette.
CEO at Microgaming, John Coleman, stated that "bringing Switch Studios into the fold" will offer his company "a dedicated resource for innovating and enhancing our table games offering." He went on to say: The team has already demonstrated a facility for producing stylish and sophisticated casino games that are highly original and entertaining and I`m looking forward to developing this side of our range even further in the coming months."
From Switch Studios, Tom David stated that the company was aiming “to deliver the best selection of classic table games that players enjoy,” noting that the new roulette title will have a 3-D wheel and real-world ball movement. He also revealed that the online games were "specifically optimized for mobile" and could be played in both landscape and portrait mode.
David went on to say: “We believe our backgrounds in the mobile, social and eGaming sectors put us in an excellent position to bring innovation and style to the online table gaming sector.”
