NetEnt AB launches new Max video slots
NetEnt AB, developer of online casino games and solutions, has unveiled the first video slots in its new Max mixed volatility product line, launching Berryburst and Berryburst Max games.
The Swedish company’s press release Thursday said that Berryburst is a triple row video slot featuring “a frenzy of floating and fluctuating fruity fragments” as well as its Cluster Pays mechanism to offer larger payouts. The new offering also has an expanding stacked wilds re-spins mechanism on each of the game’s five reels.
The company, based in Stockholm, said that the Berryburst Max game uses the same mechanisms to provide "a much higher wind potential" to make the game more appealing for fans of the biggest payouts. The game was first unveiled in a live stream from iGB Live Amsterdam in July, featuring Kim Hultman, celebrated Swedish slot guru; it`s assumed that the game will permit operators to economize on marketing by allowing them to target more than one player demographic with the same game.
The Chief Product Officer at NetEnt AB, Henrik Fagerlund, stated that this new joint launch was “yet another industry first” that had been inspired by feedback from both gamers and operators, who had made them aware that they should “[diversify] the volatility in our games portfolio”. He went on to say: “With Berryburst and Berryburst Max, operators can cater to different player needs in different areas of their offering, once again showing our position as the leader in slots innovation. Berryburst delivers NetEnt AB’s superior gaming experience with an exciting audiovisual display that makes it the perfect launch title for our new product range.”
